I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Isa, Batu, and the manager, were helpful. Despite some problems with the heating system during the first two days, they were really nice too solve the issue. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had all the necessary facilities. The location was also convenient, with everything I needed nearby.
Could not be improved in any way.
